This is great practice for managing stress, overwhelm and depression and can help us re-boot our system each time we do it through out the day. We can use this landing exercise in those times we are anxious or overwhelmed or as an every day practice to help us stay more balanced, productive and energized. When we don't check in and re-boot like this we can feel exhausted and burned out at the end of a day.
