I can't believe I am a full year into my weight loss journey! What does it look like being on Wegovy for one year? In this video I briefly share an update and provide some encouragement to those on this journey with me! I also share my starting weight, goal weight, and some before and after pictures that hopefully inspire you to take pictures of yourself and document your journey.
