Prawn Dynamite | ചെമ്മിൻ ഡൈനമൈറ്റ്
Ingredients

Marinde:
Prawns 250g
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp heaped
Soya sauce 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp( kashmiri chilli)
Egg 1

Flour mix:
All purpose flour 1/2 c
Corn flour 1/2 c
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Salt

Dynamite sauce:
Mayonnaise 4 1/2 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Siracha sauce 2 tbsp( red chilli sauce)
Sweet chilli sauce 2 tbsp
honey 1 tsp
paprika 1/8 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
