Poon Choi is a traditional festival meal and this time I am going to share how to prepare and soak the dried seafood (including fish maw, mushrooms, abalone, etc). The next video will show you how to cook a poon Choi. Generally, it takes 4 to 5 days to prepare dried seafood. If you are interested, welcome to watch this video. 材料Ingredients
(份量隨個人喜好,也可像我一樣準備多一些 [可以再吃幾次])
(the amount depends on personal preference, but you can prepare more
so it can enjoy it for several days)
1.冬菇 Mushroom ~ 6-8
2.金蠔 Golden oyster ~ 10
3.花膠 Fish maw ~ 4-5
4.原粒瑤柱 Whole dried scallop ~15
5.髮菜 Black moss 1片 1 piece
6.鮑魚 Canned abalone 1罐 1 can
7.黃芽白/紹菜/旺菜 Cabbages 1大份 one large serving
8.蝦 Shrimps ~ 8
9.豆卜 Beancurd puff ~ 8

調味/其他 Seasoning/others
1.生粉 Corn starch 適量 appropriate
2.鹽 salt 適量 appropriate
3.薑 ginger 蒸/炒: 2-4片 steaming/ frying: 2-4 pieces
4.蔥 scallion 適量 appropriate
5.糖 sugar 適量 appropriate
6.紹酒 Shaoxing wine 適量 appropriate
7.油 oil 適量 appropriate
8.蒜頭 garlic 適量 appropriate
9.雞湯 chicken broth 1包 1 pack
10.蠔油 oyster sauce 1.5. 茶匙 1.5 teaspoons
11.老抽 dark soy sauce 適量 appropriate [上色用. for coloring]
