This is a great strengthening vinyasa sequence to add to your weekly routine to help encourage a healthy spine and a strong stable core. Use this yoga video to slowly and mindful build core strength, which will in turn help decrease the chances of future back and hip pain. The core stabilizing muscles are so important for a healthy physical body.
