Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga sequence full of fun and challenging transitions to bring playfulness back into your yoga practice. There really are no rights or wrongs when it comes to transitioning from one yoga pose to the next, so long as you're mindful and it feels good. The transitions used in this vinyasa are a little different from what we've practised together. They are created to help you build strength, particularly in the legs and shoulders as well as cultivate body awareness and presence through fluid / meditative movements. We'll be playing around with the arm balance pose baby grasshopper with an unusual transition to enter into it, I'd love to hear how you found this particular transition and whether or not you managed it .
