½ Bunch of Cilantro
100 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1 Lemon

Preparation:

Chop up all the herbs and the salad and put them into a bowl. Seed the chili and chop it up finely together with the anchovies and capers. Pour on the olive oil and season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
