Cooking with finger limes...

Finger limes were a new ingredient I used in cooking for friends. I love nothing more than trying new foods and new ingredients and finger limes, the Australian caviar, was a perfect choice. It's loaded with flavour and looks amazing as a garnish for my entrées. I also tried it on Pavlova, my favourite dessert. Finger limes were a hit! They made an appearance on entrées, main and dessert but most of all, made for a great conversation, new experience for all and an unforgettable night.
