Move Dungarvan & Physiotherapy - Kenny Murphy

Описание к видео Move Dungarvan & Physiotherapy - Kenny Murphy

This week we have Kenny Murphy on the show (and occasionally some barbells dropping in the background!). Kenny is a physio by trade and over three years ago he and his partner set up the biggest gym in Dungarvan, Move.

In this episode we discuss Move and physiotherapy.
We get the backstory to Move and how it came about, some of the key thoughts that went into it (layout and the environment wanted to create) and some of the big learnings that he’s had during the process of being a business owner.
Then we also talk about Kenny and his route in the physiotherapy world, in my opinion Kenny is someone who thinks about physiotherapy in the right way and wants to provide clients with the power to help themselves instead of constantly relying on manual therapy to get out of pain. He has a great understanding of the human body and how it works and is also always trying to improve and learn more to provide the best service he can to his clients.

So I was sure to pick his brain on his journey, where he attained the knowledge that he now uses, his thoughts around ACL rehab and some of the big things he focuses on during it and any tips he has for people getting involved in this industry.
Kenny's a talker and well able to get his point across so this means for an interesting listen.
Hope you enjoy it and get as much out of it as I did, let us know what you think!
