Ingredients :
2 tbs Oil
6 Cloves (Laung)
3 Cinnamon Sticks (Dalchini)
5-6 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
2 + 2 Dry Red Chillies
1.5 + 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1.5 tsp White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
1 tbs Raw Peanuts
1/2 tsp + 1 Pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Finely chopped vegetables (1/4 cup Carrot, 1 big Green Chilli (less spicy), French Beans, 1 medium sized Potato and 2 small sized Brinjal, cut into small cubes)
Some Green Peas
Salt as per taste
Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
Soaked ingredients - 1/2 cup Rice, 1/4 cup Pigeon Pea Seeds (Tuvar Dal), 1/4 cup Yellow Lentils (Moong Dal)
3.5 cup Water
Kitchen King Masala/Garam Masala (as per taste)
1 medium sized finely chopped Tomato
1 + 1 tsp Ghee
1/2 cup Curd (take sour curd)
1 tbs Gram Flour (Besan)
1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana)
Few Curry Leaves
1 Green Chilli
1 small Ginger Knob
1 spoon Sugar (optional)
Handful of chopped Coriander

Method :
To Make Khichdi:-
Heat 2 tbs Oil in the pressure cooker
Add 3 Cloves (Laung)
Add 2 Cinnamon Sticks (Dalchini)
Add 2-3 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
Add 2 Dry Red Chillies
Add 1.5 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add 1.5 tsp White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
Add 1 tbs Raw Peanuts
Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
Add finely chopped vegetables (as per your choice)
1/4 cup Carrot, 1 big Green Chilli (less spicy), French Beans, 1 medium sized Potato and 2 small sized Brinjal, cut into small cubes
Add some Green Peas
Add Salt as per taste
Add Red Chilli Powder (as per taste)
Further add below soaked ingredients
1/2 cup Rice, 1/4 cup Pigeon Pea Seeds (Tuvar Dal), 1/4 cup Yellow Lentils (Moong Dal)
Mix everything well
Add 1.5 cup Water
Fix the lid and cook up to 2 whistles
Open the lid and check khichdi, it's partially cooked
Add more 1/2 cup Water
Add Kitchen King Masala / Garam Masala
Add 1 medium sized finely chopped Tomato
Add 1 tsp Ghee and mix everything well
Fix the lid again and cook up to 1 whistle
Now your khichdi is ready add some Coriander Leaves on top

To Make Kadhi:-
In a bowl, take 1/2 cup Curd (take sour curd)
Add 1 tbs Gram Flour (Besan)
Add a little Water and Salt to taste
Mix it with the help of hand blender and keep aside
Heat up a deep base pan
Add 1 tsp Ghee
Add 1 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
Add 3 Cloves (Laung)
Add 1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
Add 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai)
Add 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana)
Add 2-3 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
Add 2 Dry Red Chillies
Add few Curry Leaves
Add 1/2 tsp Asafoetida Powder (Hing)
Crush 1 Green Chilli and 1 small Ginger Knob and add it
Saute and add Curd mixture
Add 1.5 cup Water
Stir continuously and cook until one boil
Add 1 spoon Sugar at this step (optional)
Add Coriander Leaves in the end
And turn off the heat
Serve this Scrumptious Khichdi & Amazing Kadhi with Sing Daliye ki Chutney!
