This video is for my mommas - during pregnancy, and after baby. Please listen for the different cues when it comes to engaging the core. We will be coming to a modified plank, but if you want to make it even more gentle, you can come to a tabletop position or skip it and just meet us in downward facing dog : ) I highly recommend a block to create more room. If you don't have a block, find something of similar dimensions. At the very end, my brain left my body and I performed pigeon on the same side. When I do my left for the second time, perform on the right side instead : )
