This is non-traditional Cantonese Turnip Cake. Super healthy and easy compared to traditional Turnip cake.

✨Ingredients ✨

900g White Radish 白蘿蔔

(You can put as much as you want)
Chinese Cured Meat 臘肉
Chinese Sausage 臘腸
Dried Shrimps 蝦米
Dried Scallops 干貝
Dried Shiitake Mushroom 冬菇

180g Rice Flour 粘米粉
20g Wheat Starch 澄粉
200ml Water 水

1 tbsp Sesame Oil 芝麻油
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil 蔬菜油
1 1/2 tbsp Sugar 糖
1/4 tsp Salt 鹽
1/2 tbsp White Pepper 白胡椒
1/4 tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
Black Pepper 黑胡椒
