2 pounds of Beef Liver
1 onion ( sliced in 1/2 inch sliced)
All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons of butter
Seasonings of your choice
Olive oil
3 chopped garlic cloves

Season Liver and let sit then season Flour
heat pan then add the 1/2 teaspoon of butter to oil
Coat Liver with flour
ADD to the pan let cook on both sides for 3-5 minutes remove from the pan then add the flour mixture for the gravy which is 3 tablespoons of flour
mix with cold water and Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon (optional)
ADD that to your cooked oil then stir and add cold water till mixture is smooth and add Liver back into the gravy and then place in the oven for 15 minutes and the liver becomes tender and ready to eat.
(for smoother gravy add less flour and more water)
