Inside the Infamous CHUNGKING MANSIONS! [4K]

Whereas the illegalities in Chungking Mansions are widely known, the wondrousness of the place is not. This was how a famous anthropologist described Chungking Mansions, and perfectly sums up this building, if I may say. Chungking Mansions is a building located at Nathan Road in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. It features guesthouses, curry restaurants, African bistros, clothing shops, sari stores, and foreign exchange offices and a lot more. Chungking Mansions rose to fame after being the backdrop of the 1994 Wong Kar-wai movie, Chunking Express. While it is celebrated as a melting pot of cultures, the building is also mired due to some recorded criminal activities and the deteriorating quality of the building facilities. Nonetheless, this building has so much to offer and will continue to be the heart of TST.
