Hiking Russell Mountain to Taum Sauk | Missouri's Highest Point

Today I’m hiking a 10 mile loop trail from Russell Mountain to Taum Sauk Mountain, the highest point in Missouri. The first section of the trail you hike the Ozark Trail where I learned about highpointing and the Highpointers Club at the Russell Mountain trailhead. Once I reached Taum Sauk State Park was pleasantly surprised to be able to hike up Taum Sauk Tower. All in all this was an awesome Missouri loop hike and a great day hiking in Missouri.
