In this review, I quickly unbox the Solo Pi Prime before testing the preheat times, comparing it to other ovens, and test out multiple pizzas.

I'm PUMPED that the new Solo Pi Prime performed this well while only costing ~$350 (or $320 if you use coupon code PALA30 ). The preheat times weren't super fast, but the oven design is balanced perfectly for excellent Neapolitan and NY style pizzas. This oven is my #1 recommendation in the budget category.

Solo Pi vs Solo Pi Prime:
The biggest difference between the two pizza oven models is that the original Solo Pi oven is multi-fuel, allowing the rear burner to be replaced with a wood burner tray. In addition, on the new Prime model, they replaced the bottom half of the stainless steel with black metal.
