The USAPL's WADA only testing percentage is 4.4%. The 3.1% OMT rate is 100% WADA testing. All non-WADA tests are IMT.

In 2019, Iran had 3 drug tests and 3 positives. This shows that many nations with 0-5 tests might have a far higher rate than we'll ever know.

The top 3 highest drug testing nations are.

1. The Ukraine - 80.2% -- Note this is an extreme outlier, perhaps an error on their lifting population, but their total tests are undeniably very high.
2. Denmark - 21.6%
3. The United States - 18.9%
