1 cup white chickpeas i.e Kabuli chana ( soak them overnight )
2 cups of water

tahini sauce:-
½ cup sesame seeds
¼ cup olive oil

salt ¾ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin powder
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp tahini sauce

garnishing:-
olive oil
paprika powder or chili powder
parsley or coriander leaves
cumin powder
