NPC Advantages: no requirements. gardevoir (life dew, synchronize), burners (drifblim, arcanine) and intimidators (staraptor, arcanine, tauros) help. arboliva will ruin the run unless you replace earthquake with tera blast or stomping tantrum, which is probably capable of finishing on time but will just be slower.

Strategy: rain dance (renewing whenever it expires), bulk up, focus energy. after your stats reset 6x bulk up. 3x earthquake, terastalize, earthquake to victory.

Notes: another option is to replace focus energy and scope lens with taunt and shell bell. it reduces damage output, but adds reliable healing.

Pros: supereffective tera type, great HP and def stats, excellent atk stat, outspeeds emboar, no weaknesses, receiver ability borrows an ability from an NPC ally which might be something useful like synchronize (gardevoir, umbreon). focus energy + scope lens gives 100% chance of critical hit. ,resists head smash when terastalized, immune to wild charge after terastalizing, bulk up buffs 1 def stage and 1atk stage, rain dance halves damage from flare blitz for 5 turns, which discourages the AI from using it and avoids burns (10% chance). earthquake has a 100 base power, 100 accuracy, and it deals supereffective (STAB when terastalized) damage.

Cons: tera type mismatches base type, relies on heal cheers and NPC gardevoir to heal.
