Gloria’s Sandwich (our history) on Sandwiches of History⁣

I have been meaning to get to this sandwich for some time now. First of all, one of my all time favorite chefs to watch on TV is Jacques Pépin. I picked up so many tips and techniques over the years just from watching his shows. This sandwich, a favorite of his late wife Gloria, sounds like it is packed with flavor. And I, for one, am very much looking forward to trying it.
