🟢材料:
梅頭豬肉 300 克
鹹蛋 1 隻
薑、蔥 適量
蠔油 1 茶匙
老抽 1 茶匙
澱粉 1 茶匙
糖 1/2 茶匙
鹽 、油、胡椒粉 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣豬肉剁碎,加入薑米、胡椒粉、鹽、蠔油、糖、老抽、鹹蛋白、澱粉及油攪拌至黏手。
2️⃣肉餅要盡量攤薄放碟上,把鹹蛋黃放在豬餅面,撒上少許薑絲,水滾下鍋中,大火蒸 10 分鐘。
3️⃣蒸完淋入少許熱油,撒上蔥花即可享用。

🟢Ingredients:
Pork shoulder - 300g
Salted egg - 1 piece
Ginger, spring onion - as needed
Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt, oil, white pepper powder - as needed

🟢Cooking directions:
1️⃣ Mix the minced pork with ginger, white pepper powder, salt, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce, salted egg white, cornstarch, and oil until sticky.
2️⃣ Spread the meat mixture thinly on a plate, place the salted egg yolk on top of the pork, sprinkle some shredded ginger, and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
3️⃣ After steaming, drizzle some hot oil and spring onions on top, then serve.
