White sauce pasta is a very easy and simple recipe. This is a traditional Italian recipe made in white creamy sauce. This is very famous and popular dish of Indian kids. It turns out nice, creamy and cheesey perfectly like the one that we get in a café. You will get tips and tricks to make cheesy and juice pasts. Do try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• Olive oil
• Chopped Onion
• Chopped Capsicum
• Chopped Carrot
• Sweet Corn
• Pizza seasoning
• Garlic paste
• Chili flakes
• Black pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp Butter
• Finely chopped Onion
• 5~6 Garlic cloves roughly mashed (Optional)
• 3 tbsp Maida
• 2 cups Milk
• Salt to taste
• Pizza seasoning
• Black pepper powder
• Chili flakes
• 4 tbsp Fresh cream
• 6 cups Water
• 2 tbsp Salt
• 2 cups Penne pasta
• Mozzarella cheese

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add olive oil.
• You can use butter or any refined oil in place of olive oil.
• When oil is a little hot, add onion, capsicum, carrot and sauté it for just about 3-4 minutes.
• After a sautéing for about a minute add corn and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
• You can add veggies of your choice or completely skip them.
• When veggies are cooked a little after about 5 minutes, add pizza seasoning, garlic paste,
chili flakes, black pepper powder, salt and fry everything together for about 2 minutes.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add butter.
• When butter melts add onion and fry until it gets golden color.
• Add garlic and fry for about a minute.
• Adding garlic is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Add maida and fry for about 5-6 minutes.
• Add milk and mix well. No lumps of maida should be formed.
• Mix well and add salt, pizza seasoning, black pepper powder, chili flakes and cook everything
together for about 5 minutes.
• Add fresh cream and mix well.
• White sauce for pasta is ready.
• Heat up water in a pan and add salt, penne pasta.
• Cook everything well together until pasta is cooked well.
• When the edges of pasta turn a little white it means pasta is cooked well.
• Take cooked pasta out, drain a little water and transfer it directly into hot sauce. Mix well.
• Add fried veggies, mozzarella cheese and mix well.
• White sauce pasta is ready to serve.
