Toor Dal-1 Cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder
Heeng-1/4th tsp
Oil-2-3 tbspn
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves-few
Onion-1
Tomato-1 ( large)
Tamarind water or pulp
Whole red chillies 3-5
Chopped Cilantro
