Windows 11's February 2023 update/feature drop (KB5022913/Moment 2) - new features and changes

The second 'Moment' feature drop style update for Windows 11, known as Moment 2, has officially released for the month of February 2023, bringing many new features in a feature set much greater than that of the first Moment.

This video showcases the big features you can check out - including many taskbar improvements like a modernized system tray and improved search, improvements to the Task Manager, improvements to Widgets, new energy recommendations; an updated Snipping Tool with screen recording and an updated Notepad with tabs.

All the features are available with March's Patch Tuesday security update (KB5023706, build 22621.1413).
