When the Chongqing Municipal Government built a rail transit line from the city center to Xinshan Village in 1998, the line planned to build a station in Liziba. At the same time, a plan to build a residential building at the same location in Liziba was finalized. A difficult problem was placed before the rail transit company and the house builder: should the train give way to the building or the building give way to the train? After repeated discussions, the two companies decided to build the building and the rail station at the same time. The station and the commercial and residential building will be designed, constructed and put into use simultaneously using the "separation of station and bridge" structure. The rail station bridge and the commercial and residential building structural support system are set separately, effectively solving the structural force transmission and vibration problems of the two. At the same time, the wheels are pneumatic rubber tires, and the entire car body is supported by air springs, which minimizes the vibration and noise caused by the train.


重庆市政府在1998年建设市中心区到新山村的轨道交通路线时,线路规划在李子坝建站,与此同时,在李子坝相同地点,一栋居民楼建造计划已敲定。一道难题摆在轨道交通公司和房屋建筑商面前,究竟是车让楼还是楼让车,讨论再三,两个公司决定,楼和轨道车站同时建,车站与商住楼采用“站桥分离”的结构形式同步设计、同步建设、同步投用,轨道车站桥梁与商住楼结构支撑体系分开设置,有效解决两者结构传力及振动问题。同时车轮为充气橡胶轮胎,并由空气弹簧支持整个车体,最大限度减小了列车行驶带来的振动和噪音影响。
