Welcome to your TRX Pyramid Stack workout! In this workout, we will work your entire body for strength, cardio and mobility using your suspension trainer. We'll be doing it in a pyramid stack format so we'll be going up 30 seconds at a time and coming back down 30 seconds at a time. It moves quickly and we're going to get it all in. All you need for this workout is your suspension trainer and a mat. Are you ready? Let's do it!
