This race was extra special as I had the privilege of competing alongside several athletes from the ‪@RecoveryLabTV‬ community - many of whom were tackling their very first Ironman. In this video, you’ll see the highs, lows, and everything in between as we conquer the grueling 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bike, and 26.2-mile marathon run through the breathtaking (and brutal!) Welsh terrain.
