Asterix & Obelix XXL 2 is the direct sequel to developer Etranges Libellules’ try at a modern Asterix game. It features refined gameplay, an adventurous story, humour that seems to be lifted straight from the comics, and a lavishly designed world with many gaming-related hommages and easter eggs.
The game was developed from 2004 to 2005 (remastered in 2018) and received a great albeit significantly shorter soundtrack by Fabrice Bouillon-Laforest. This video for the first time presents the full soundtrack arranged and remastered for the greatest listening experience – extended tracks as well as a small surprise at the end included! 😉
