See how Dr Cottle won the local RCGP QIP prize!

In this video I was delighted to be joined by Dr Cottle. She is one of our registrars who won the Local quality improvement project prize.

In this interview I talk through how she approached this and how that she would clearly used her unfair advantage for the benefit of this project. With her own knowledge of gestational diabetes she was able to look at the root cause analysis of this problem. this not only had a significant impact in her own practice but will have unwittingly had an impact wider to the other GP practices within the area.

Very well deserved Ward and well done to her!
