How to make your 4 million points on Training Day.

First off you need to make sure you have resources to train your troops
The higher the troop level the more they cost.

How to prepare for training day. Make sure you have full training facilities by the start of that day. That way you can collect all your facilities at the start of the day and get a huge bonus. Plus you will save on your duel bonus card by using it before reset the day before and it lasts 1 hour, this allows you to use the exact same card for both days.

Important note: Do not collect from your training facilities in the first 30 minutes after reset, you will not get points. The duel starts 30 minutes after reset.

Second, be aware on the difference between training cap and soldier cap.
The training cap is the amount of troops that can be trained at once.
Soldier cap is the amount of soldiers that can be in your fortress all together.

A few things that can raise your soldier cap so you don't get stuck on training day
Barracks level: upgrade them to get more room for soldiers
Policy cards: some policy cards raise the cap by 500 soldiers to your fortress
Solari Heroes: there are heroes that can help raise the cap of your training, fortress, and training speed.

Those heroes are: Lori, Pamela, Beesly, Brady, and Fiona
Keep in mind that specific heroes go in the gym, shooting range, and sparring room.
To add even more buffs to your hero put gear on them that the particular fortress requires.
To know what gear click on the facility and click the work button, it will tell you in the top left corner, typically something like 1% to training speed for every 40 points of VIT, so your hero needs gear that boosts VIT to get that reward.

Don't forget you can use your moon phase to speed up time if you’re stuck in your training because you ran out of speed-ups.

Speed-ups can be acquired in mopping zombies, mutated zombies, event rewards, personal armament race, daily due rewards, zone glory and strongest alliance rewards, and the trade center. You can also buy time with diamonds or try your alliance shop for time speedups too.

If you reach cap and you’re stuck not being able to train any more troops, get a full APC (car) of 500 soldiers and only use level one heroes to hit bots. You will know a bot by clicking on a fortress and it won’t have a zone on its information.
We hit bots because you will not have any soldiers go to the infirmary, only KIA or lightly wounded, typically no grievously wounded. This is beneficial so you don't fill up your infirmary or use all your meds right before enemy elimination day.

Promoting soldiers is the easiest way to make your points because you get the exact same amount of points when you promote your troops as if trained new ones. The big difference is that you can promote troops for a fraction of the time, so you don’t burn all your speedups.

As always on research day try to research everything in the Alliance Commemoration tree because you get up to 550% bonus points on Training Day by having that skill tree researched.
