🟢材料:
牛肉 500 克
洋蔥 1 個
食用梳打粉 2.5 克
生抽 1 湯匙
老抽 1 茶匙
糖 1 茶匙
蠔油 1 茶匙
生粉/澱粉 2 茶匙
水 2 湯匙
黑胡椒 、薑、蒜頭、蔥、食用油 適量

🟢步驟:
1️⃣ 牛肉洗淨切丁,加入少許薑片、食用梳打粉2.5 克、1湯匙生抽、1茶匙老抽、1茶匙糖、1茶匙蠔油、2茶匙生粉/澱粉、2湯匙水和適量油醃半小時。
2️⃣ 熱鍋加油,將牛肉走油約1分鐘,隔油備用。
3️⃣ 爆香蒜片和洋蔥,加入牛肉回鍋,加入蔥段、黑胡椒和適量鹽,快手兜勻勾芡即可上碟。

🟢Ingredients:
500g beef
1 onion
Baking soda 2.5g
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oyster sauce 1 tsp
Cornstarch 2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp
Black pepper、Ginger、Garlic、Spring onions、Cooking oil, as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ Dice the beef into small cubes and marinate with a small amount of sliced ginger, 2.5g baking soda, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of water, and a suitable amount of oil for half an hour.
2️⃣Heat the pan with oil and deep-fry the beef for about 1 minute. Drain the excess oil from the beef and set it aside.
3️⃣ Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, add back the beef to the pan. Add spring onions, black pepper, and a suitable amount of salt, and stir-fry quickly to thicken the sauce. Serve hot.
