If you're feeling moody or low, do some kundalini yoga. It has a wonderful knack of uplifting us and snapping us out of any 'meh' thought patterns - as well as that negative self-talk. This 40-minute kundalini yoga class for elevation is perfect for doing just that. On a good day, it'll take us into the higher frequencies of the upper chakras, and on a bad day, it'll uplift a low mood and bring some inner sunbeams to your day.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury and honour any areas of stiffness or tightness. If you feel dizzy, take a few moments out to rest. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
