We will be practising postures that target tense areas and release stress from the body:
- Deer pose and Lizard pose (to open through the hips)
- Reverse Tabletop and Bow pose (to open through the shoulders and chest)

It's a great class for all levels - beginner to a seasoned yogis are welcome. This flow is perfect for anyone looking to start their day with positivity.
