As we move through this workout, I'll be guiding you through a series of yoga poses that focus on strengthening your core muscles (transversus abdominis, the muscles of the pelvic floor, and the oblique muscles). Remember to focus on your form and engage your core throughout each movement. Pay close attention to your breathing, as it plays a crucial role in maximizing the effectiveness of each exercise and brings you into the present moment the true aim of any yoga practice.

This routine will target your core muscles from all angles, helping you achieve a strong and toned midsection. Strong core muscles help combat back pain by improving posture, strengthening the pelvic floor, and helping you achieve fun yoga asanas like arm balances and inversions as your practice progresses.
