How to go from squatting to sitting in a smooth, sexy way.

This is an introduction to floor based movement - the squat to sit provides a bridge to link low gait movements to floorwork. It is a transition which provides a way to come up and down smoothly from differently levels, so you're not always stuck in a deep squat!

Floorwork is an exciting new area for my personal practice, and with this movement I can start linking it back to my other movements to create a flow.

Although it sounds simple, just like with other locomotion there are finer details which create fluidity and a sense of grace and ease. I've found some from my practice and have presented here but I'm sure there are many more!
