Cinnamon French Toast Muffins

If you like French Toast, you'll love these Cinnamon French Toast Muffins. They're a delightful combination of Cinnamon Toast and French Toast. They taste great without syrup, so when you add syrup, you just enhance the experience!

Ingredients

For the French Toast

• 6 slices of English Toast bread (or other suitable thick bread)
• 6 eggs
• 2 cups milk
• 1 tblsp Vanilla extract
• 3 tblsp brown sugar
• 1 tblsp Cinnamon
• ½ tsp salt

For the topping

• 3 tblsp refrigerated butter (cubed)
• 4 tblsp brown sugar
• 2 tblsp granulated sugar
• ½ tblsp Cinnamon
