Easy to make with a sprinkle of olive oil and herbs, cut into delightful squares.

How to roast Pumpkin and Potato

Here are the Ingredients

Quarter cut pumpkin
5 pcs. Potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Rosemary

Method :

Cut in 3 cm cube. Place in roasting tray. Drizzle with olive oil, salt , pepper and rosemary

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 450F
