What is an Adjective Phrase?
An Adjective Phrase is made of two words. Adjective + Phrase and acts as an Adjective in the sentence.

The three steps to identify an Adjective Phrase in the sentence:
1. Identify the Noun
2. Identify if there is any Adjective.
3. Identify if there are any Modifiers.

Adjective phrases with modifiers:
1. Adjective Phrase containing another adjective as a modifier
2. Adjective Phrase containing Adverb as a modifier
3. Adjective Phrase containing Prepostion as a modifier

Exercise and Answers:
1. I gave away my old and unused clothes. - "old and unused"
2. His dress is very good. - "very good"
3. She is a very beautiful painter. - "very beautiful"
4. The man, on the bike, is my uncle. - 'on the bike'
