Ingredients:

SHAWARMA BEEF
1 kilo Ground Beef- P300.00
5 cloves of Garlic- P3.00
1 tbsp of Paprika- P3.00
2 tbsp of Oyster Sauce- P2.00
1 tbsp of Worcestershire- P3.00
1 tbsp of Taco Mix Seasoning- P3.00

📣Pwede kang makagawa ng 20 pcs of Shawarma (2 tbsp ang gagamitin mong sukat sa beef filling) So kapag bumili ka sa Wholesaler, you need 20pcs of Pita. Ako nung nagtinda ako ang size na ginamit ko usually ay 7’ inches.

WHOLESALER PRICE OF PITA BREAD

10pcs / 50 pesos per pack (6’ inches)
10 pcs / 60 pesos per pack (7’ inches)
10 pcs / 70 pesos per pack (8’ inches)

👉 Pwede po kayo mag search sa FB marketplace, marami pong Wholesalers po ng pita bread po dun. Search lang po kayo according to your Location po.

HOMEMADE PITA BREAD/NO YEAST
2 cups of Flour- P10.00
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder- P1.00
1/2 tsp of Iodized Salt- P.50
2 tbsp of Cooking Oil- P1.50
3/4 cup (177ml) of Milk (i only used ordinary powdered milk) - P5.00
(8 yield)

GARLIC SAUCE
1/2 cup of Mayo (any brand)- P10.00
3 cloves of Garlic- P2.00
1 tbsp of Mustard- P5.00
1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper &
Iodized Salt- P1.00
1/2 tsp of Sugar- P2.00
Water 1/8 cup

VEGGIES
1 pc Pipino- P15.00
1 whole white onion- P7.00
2 pcs of Kamatis- P7.00
Lettuce (optional) - P15.00
Gas/Labor Cost- P20.00
