A weekly interfaith teaching paired with embodiment practices to help you live your spirituality — not just think about it.

February’s theme is Sacred Sovereignty. 👑

Sovereignty is about owning yourself.
Not just your strengths and gifts, but also the parts of you that were taught to hide. It’s about dissolving people-pleasing, dying to conditioning, and rediscovering who you truly are beneath the masks you learned to wear.

In today’s Mystic Monday, we explore the inner child, Carl Jung’s process of individuation, and how suppression begins in early childhood when we learn which parts of us are lovable and which parts are not.

I share reflections from my own life and teachings from psychology and shamanism about reclaiming the qualities we once rejected, and why welcoming those parts home is the key to living in truth and sovereignty.

In this teaching, you’ll explore:

~Why children naturally suppress parts of themselves to survive and receive love
~What Carl Jung meant by individuation and “dying to the false self”
~How shadow qualities secretly run our lives until we bring them into awareness
~Why all emotions are neutral and why suppressed emotions hold power over us
~How welcoming back rejected parts of yourself restores power, joy, and aliveness
~Practical journaling prompts to reconnect with your inner child and begin reintegration

You’ll be invited into simple reflection and embodiment practices to experiment with in your own life, because the mystic’s path is not about collecting knowledge, it’s about turning knowledge into wisdom through practice.

This path is an adventure. A remembering. A return to the wholeness that has always lived within you.
