Now we cover the prototype of the Midland compounds, including footage of it's overhaul at Derby and a few shots of it's first Rail-tour after haul.

The locomotive was then put on display in the museum of transport in Clapham, before, along with Mallard (which was still in BR service at the time of the recording) was sent to the National Railway Museum in York.
