Robotics Summoner Engineer Gameplay in Tarroch's Tomb (NG+ Elite)

I've always wanted to play a Summoner Engineer that wields the Iron Sword from Minecraft. This build finally made it possible. It's a sword-and-board Summoner build that utilizes Flame Hammer to support the Engineer's pet, bots, and minions.

Unlike more defense-oriented Summoner builds that spam Dynamo Field to generate a full-strength Forcefield, I instead opted to be more offense-oriented, spamming Flame Hammer in battle to boost the damage output of my party.

You may be wondering why I went with Flame Hammer instead of the more powerful Emberquake. There are three reasons for this:

1— Flame Hammer is readily available at the start of the game. You don't unlock Emberquake until level 42.

2— Flame Hammer can be bound to the left-mouse button making it a very convenient skill to use. Emberquake cannot be bound to the left-click button.

3— Emberquake is so powerful that it outclasses pet and minions' damage output by a large margin, thus rendering summon skills redundant and obsolete. Flame Hammer's damage output is just right and doesn't outshine your pet, bots, and minions' battle performance.

That said, you definitely should choose Emberquake over Flame Hammer if you have the patience and don't care about these 3 things that I stated above.

The main skill rotation for this build goes like this:

—If you're at full mana, cast Spider Mines once, and then cast Flame Hammer twice. Rinse and repeat.

—If you're at low mana or are feeling lazy, keep spamming Spider Mines only. Its skill cooldown will provide you sufficient time to refill your mana.

The other skills on this build are pretty straightforward. Cast Healing Bot and Immobilization Copter when entering an area. Don't sleep on the Copter. :) At high levels and with proper gear, you'll see your Copter dealing over 2k damage every 0.2 seconds. That's over 10k damage per second.

Cast Gun Bot and Sledgebot as soon as the cooldown ends, and use Tremor as often as possible. Tremor boosts your party's damage output by making foes 38% more susceptible to Physical damage from you and your minions. And it's got a 2 second stun duration.

Forcefield is a must-have for any Engineer build. Be mindful of its skill duration, so you can refresh it before it disappears.

When caught in a pickle, use the Onslaught—Storm Burst combo to escape.

I had so much fun playing this build. It's a chill gameplay and is very reminiscent of the Venomous Hail—Summoner Outlander build that I recently posted on this channel.

Let me know in the comments what you guys think.
