Ingredients Stuffed Pepper

4 Red Bell Peppers
Left over bread cut into pieces
4 or 5 Garlic Gloves chopped.
Parsley
½ Chopped Onion
Sliced Olives (green and black olives)
Garlic Salt (if you don’t have garlic salt use Garlic powder and salt)
Black Pepper
Onion Powder
Salt
Olive Oil
½ Cup of Chicken Broth
Parmesan Cheese
Plan Bread Crumbs
Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg
10 to 12 pieces of white Crackers (crumbled)


Preheat oven to 360
Place Bell Pepper on it’s side. Cover with tin foil. Cook for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours or until stuffing is golden brown. (After 30 minutes remove the tin foil.)
