Lasooni Paneer Masala

Ingredients :

1/2 Cup - Garlic Crushed or Fine Chopped
Take Garlic , Fry the Chopped Garlic

Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Oil
2 tbsp - Ghee
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
2 no - Whole Green Cardamom
1 no - Small Cinnamon Stick
5-6 no - Black Peppercorns
2 no - Cloves
1 no - Small Mace Piece
1 no - Bay Leaf
6-7 no - Garlic Clove
2 Pc - Ginger
3 no - Onion Slice
Saute till Golden and add
1 no - Fine Chopped Green Chilli
5 no - Chopped Tomatoes
Salt to taste
6 no - Reshampatti Whole Chilli
12 no - Cashew
Mix Properly in High Flame ,Close the lid and Cook for 10-15 min then add
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Sugar
1+1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp - Cumin Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder
2 Cup - Water
Boil Properly and Switch Off the Flame ,Let Cool Completely and then Remive Bay Leaf and Grind it and Make a Smooth Paste

500 gm - Cut into Cubes

Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Butter
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1 no - Small Onion Chopped
1 no - Chilli Chopped
1 tsp - Coarse Corainder Seeds
1 tsp - Garlic Chopped
1 pc Big Piece - Ginger Julians
Saute till Golden and add above Gravy
1/4 Cup - Curd ( Whisked )
1 tsp - Kasturi Methi Crushed with Hand
1 tsp - Kitchen King Masala
Cook amd Boil for 10 min till Oil Seperates
and add above Paneer
1/4 Cup - Fresh Amul Cream
1 tsp - Sugar
2 tbsp - Garlic Fried
3 tbsp - Corainder Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly
1 tbsp - Amul Butter
Mix and add Little Corainder Chopped and Serve in bowl
Garnish with Fried Garlic , Corainder Leaves Chopped amd Fresh Cream
