Practice 30 different takedown and throw techniques in 9 minutes in this guided follow-along heavy bag drill for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and grappling art practitioners. The drill includes specific voice instruction and visual cues for techniques from Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and Judo. A previous thorough knowledge of the techniques, as practiced on both a willing and resisting live opponent is required. This drill is for the purposes of conditioning and memory recall for experienced grappling practitioners, and is not intended as a means to teach the techniques to beginners.
