Sri Lankan patties are a delightful addition to the breaking of the fast during Ramadan.

INGREDIENTS
Flour - 2 Cups (250g)
Salt - 1 Tsp
Sugar - 1 Tbsp
Margarine - 50g
Ice Cold Water - As Needed (75ml Approx.)

Oil - 2 Tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tsp
Ginger - Small Piece (Chopped)
Curry Leaves - A Spring
Pandan Leaves
Green Chilli - 1 (Chopped)
Onion - 1 Medium (Chopped)
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Pepper Powder - 1 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes - 1/2 Tsp
Cumin Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Carrot - 1 Small
Potato - 250g (Boiled)
Leeks - Small Piece

Eggs - Boiled
Oil - To Fry

These savory pastries are made with a spicy filling encased in a crispy dough. The filling typically includes a combination of potatoes, onions, and a blend of aromatic spices.
