Tailored Tails: A Guide to Making a 100% Wool Dog Coat for Your Furry Friend!

This summer I started making my own dog coats. The price of dog coats is outrageous and I can't find ones that are made out of all-natural materials that are up to scratch. They were too tight around the neck, too loose, and would stretch out because of poor quality or get caught on their nails. The list was endless!

Plus Tilly has had sensitive skin. So if I put her in anything that wasn't breathable she would sweat loads and get too hot. She would be fine on her walk but when she got home and had her coat taken off she would scratch for half an hour. Not a great setup for skin that was already struggling.

So I made her this 100% wool coat with cotton binding. I enjoy making them and fitting them. But the best part is watching them running around in my creations every day.

She was soo cute when I was fitting to her so I had to video and post so you could enjoy it too.
