WOW! Boxing Training with the World's First Boxing Robot - RXT-1

Tony Jeffries having some solo boxing training with the world's first boxing robot "Stryk" rxt-1. One disadvantage of working on the heavy bag is that it never punches back. With the Stryk Boxing robot it will keep you thinking both for defense and offense. You can also set the levels of how the robot will throw its punches.
