BEST Chicken and Carrot Stir-fry Recipe | Tasty Chicken Stir fry with Carrots | Nkechi Ajaeroh

INGREDIENTS: ⬇️⬇️⬇️
1 chicken breast (slice into 1 – 2-inch sizes)

To Season the Chicken:
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
1 teaspoons of ground paprika (or a little more if you desire it to be a bit more reddish)
1 teaspoon of onion powder
¼ teaspoon of garlic powder (or less)
½ teaspoon seasoning powder
¼ teaspoon of salt (always add salt according to your taste)
Pepper to taste (I like using a pitch of white pepper)
Crushed red pepper (if you want spicy)
¼ dry thymes leaves

2 tablespoons of olive oil to stirfry the veggies and sauté the chicken.
½ of whole fresh lime
2 tablespoons – ¼ cup of chicken broth or water (which you may not need; add to make more sauce)
NOTE: I used a couple handful of grape tomatoes instead of broth.😊

For the vegetables:
1½ cups of sliced carrots
1 bulb of onions (half bulb of red and half of yellow)
1/3 chopped green onions
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
¼ tsp. salt (always use salt according to your taste or health need)
½ tsp. seasoning powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
½ tsp. paprika
