海參處理過程

怎樣浸發海參?
第一天:
1. 先預備海參4條。

第二天:

2. 預備一煲清水,加入海參,大火煲滾,大火煲10分鐘,熄火,攤凍,直至煲完全冷卻,放入4度雪櫃,繼續浸。

第三天:
1. 海參的重量,已增加大約3倍,它已到達一定的軟硬程度。
2. 預備清潔的剪刀。
3. 打直剪開海參,開住水喉,清除內臟及頂部的沙嘴,再用清水完全沖洗乾淨。
4. 洗乾淨煲。
5. 預備一煲清水,加入海參,冚蓋,大火煲滾,大火煲10分鐘,熄火,攤凍,直至煲完全冷卻,放入4度雪櫃,繼續浸。

第四天:
海參的重量,已增加大約8倍,它已到達一定的軟硬程度。

海參儲存方法
浸發好的海參,用清水浸,放入4度雪櫃,早晚換水,最好在3日內食用。

如未知道食用時間,用保鮮紙逐條包好,再放入密實袋,放入冰格,食用前先解凍就可以了。
浸發海參要注意的重點

1. 所有盛載海參的器皿,都要清洗乾淨,避免殘留油漬,如果海參接觸到油,就會增加它變壞的機會。

Day 4:

The storage of soaked sea cucumber

Soaked sea cucumber, put in water. Store in 4 C refrigerator. Refresh water during days and nights. Consume within 3 days.

If you have no consumption time table of the sea cucumber, pack it one by one with cling wrap. Then put in lock bags. Put into freezer. Defrost before consumption.
